Prior to booking, please review the link to our website outlining the Assumption of the Risk & Waiver of Liability Relating to the Coronavirus/ Covid-19. Covid-19 Liability Forms.  You must agree to this Waiver & Liability Form in order to receive treatment at our facility. 

Wearing a face covering or mask is up to your discretion.  If you do not have one that is covering your nose and mouth, we can provide you one for $2.00. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment on the spot if your temperature is above 99*. 

Please note, we may use cleaning products which may leave a smell, we apologize if the aroma is unpleasant. Please cancel your appointment if you feel unwell, even if it is late notice. Much gratitude.

Booking Appointments 

• You may specify your massage therapist if you wish, or you may keep the default of "No Preference" to see all available appointments.

• We sometimes have late cancellations or unscheduled times available. If you have any questions, please text or call us at 650-516-6024. 

• We are a single-serve massage studio, and as such, we cannot accommodate couples or multi-person massages at the same time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

• NEW: You will be prompted to verify your email address as part of our upgraded online booking system. Verifying your email DOES NOT mean your appointment request has been confirmed. You will receive a separate email from us once your appointment is confirmed.

• You must provide a credit card at the time of booking. You will NOT be charged for services when you enter your card information - this is only to reserve the appointment time.

Please be courteous of our staff’s time.

If you must cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide as much advanced notice as possible at 650.516.6024. To avoid the cancellation fee, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. The cancellation fee is 50% of the cost of booked services.

Those who do not pay the penalty fee will not be allowed to rebook at our studio, no exceptions!
